Dr. Partha Basu, head of the Screening group in International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) graduated from the Obstetrics & Gynecology Indira Gandhi Medical College, India in 1993. Later he obtained Ph.D. degree on Clinical Oncology from University of health Sciences, Kalkata, India. He has been involved in IARC-India HPV vaccination publishing many papers on HPV vaccine effectiveness.

Dr. Isabelle Heard
IARC, Lyon, France

Professor Isabelle Heard, MD, PhD, is a French Obstetrician and Gynecologist. Her clinical activity has been on HPV-infection and related disease in immunocompromised patients. She served as Director of the French National HPV Reference Centre at the Pasteur Institute for the last ten years. She is now Senior Visiting Scientist in the Prevention and Implementation Group at the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), Lyon, France.

Professor Arun Chougule is the president of Asia- Oceania Federation of Organization for Medical Physics (AFOMP).  OIn addition, he is working as Senior Professor Medical/ Radiation Physics & Radiation Safety officer in the Department of Radiological Physics, S.M.S. Medical College & Hospital, Jaipur and Pro-Vice Chancellor & Dean Student welfare [DSW], Rajasthan University of Health Sciences [RUHS] Jaipur.

Since 2011 David Roder has been Cancer Council SA’s Beat Cancer Project Research Chair of Cancer Epidemiology and Population Health at the University South Australia. He also works under contract with Cancer Australia, Cancer Institute NSW, and CanTeen. He presently chairs AIHW’s Cancer Monitoring Advisory Committee, the NSW Population & Health Services Research Ethics Committee, and the CanTeen Youth Cancer Service Data Advisory Panel.

Prof. Reza Malekzadeh received the “Permanent Personages Award” in the Third Permanent Personages session held on October 22, 2003. This national award is given to the most outstanding and memorable citizens of Iran.

Dr. Shahab Uddin is a Senior Scientist and Head of Molecular Pathophysiology, at Transnational Research Institute, Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha, Qatar.  In 2003, he joined King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre, Riyadh, KSA,. Dr. Shahab contributed to the establishment of Human Cancer Genomic Program at King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre for translational research.   Currently, he is working as Senior Scientist and Head of Molecular Pathophysiology section in interim Translational Research Institute at Hamad Medical Corporation, Doha, Qatar.

Dr. You-Lin Qiao is Professor and Director of the Department of Cancer Epidemiology, National Cancer Centre, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and Peking Union Medical College in Beijing, China. He is also Director of the International Collaboration Department, Cancer Foundation of China, and Deputy Director of the National Expert Committee for Cancer Screening and Prevention of Ministry of Health in China.

Dr Anton Barchuk is a researcher at the University of Tampere, Finland, Petrov National Cancer Center in Saint Petersburg, Russia, and executive director of Association of Oncologists of North-Western Federal District of Russia. Dr. Anton Barchuk initiated and participated as an editor in the Russian translation of ICD-O-3, which was published in 2017, as part of his work to implement high quality cancer registration in Russia.

Professor Jeff Dunn is currently Chief Executive Officer of Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA).
Jeff Dunn has many years of experience as a CEO of an NFP organisation as the CEO of Cancer Council Queensland (CCQ) from 2002-2017. Since 2017, Jeff has been Professor of Social and Behavioural Science at the University of Southern Queensland (USQ). In addition, he also holds Adjunct Professorships at Griffith University and University of Technology Sydney.
